Student Life

The period of life we spend to receive education in our Alma Mater is called student life. So student life encompass the time between the primary to the tertiary level. It is called the seed-time of a man’s life. In this period, the youth learn different things and apply them to their later life. Thus the success and happiness or even failure and frustration depend upon how one utilizes the period. If a student uses this time properly, he will be able to bring happy events in future. Otherwise he will have to stumble in the way of life.

The first and foremost duty of a student is to study attentively. A good student need not entangle himself in day-long studies. Rather he should have the passion for acquiring knowledge and reading ins and outs of the text. He should be inquisitive, innovative and creative. He should not stick himself just to the textbooks and widen his knowledge with the help of reference books, newspapers and other educative books. 

A good student must be punctual. He should not keep his lessons for tomorrow. Otherwise he will have loads of lessons before examinations. He must not waste time in useless jobs like taking drugs, smoking, mixing with evil companies and getting addicted to social networking sites. It will be far better if he can utilize his time for playing games and sports as well as doing co-curricular activities like playing guitar, chess, dance, songs, recitation and debate and so on. In addition to these, student life is the time when we can enrich our life with virtues like truthfulness, dutifulness, tolerance, trustworthiness, patriotism, ethics etc. and get the training of keeping ourselves aloof from all vices.  With these, he can develop a culture-conscious mind and keep physically fit and thus grow a rational citizen. 

In the student life, many take the decision about their career. Surely student life gives us the opportunity to assess our skills and abilities in a certain subject. We can learn for which topic we have got an aptitude. Thus we can advance towards making an aim in life and then go forward to reach the goal.

Students are regarded as the future leaders of the country, but nowadays they are being entangled in filthy politics and derailed from their golden dreams by some political big fishes. The student-politics is spreading crimes and making the educational atmosphere nothing but a hell. So students should keep themselves away from political activities. Rather they should spend the valuable time sensibly, in search of knowledge and a better life.
